In 1960 Mr Bruce Reginald Sprake, the third generation of the founding family, joined the firm and now has almost 45 years in the real estate industry. With Bruce's increasing involvement in property development throughout the district R.G Sprake & Co was passed onto the current principal Mr Anthony (Tony) Reginald Sprake, the fourth generation of the company, who joined the firm in 1995.
